
Pamela Portwood
Pamela Portwood is a writer and poet. She was an art critic for the Tucson Weekly, the Arizona Daily Star and Artspace: Southwestern Contemporary Arts Quarterly. She received a fellowship in art criticism from the National Gallery of Art, and she has written a number of essays on art exhibitions for catalogs and other publications. She also has worked as an interior designer, and her design firm Greener Lives, LLC specialized in designing healthy and sustainable homes. One of her award-winning interior designs is featured in the book LEEDing the Way – Domestic Architecture for the Future: LEED Certified, Green, Passive & Natural. Her poetry collection A Bruised Light was published by Star Cloud Press. Her memoir, A Life of Journeys, was published by Storyworth and is available as a downloadable ebook. She received her MFA in creative writing from the University of Arizona.
